$29/adult; $27/senior, student; $13/youth (ages 12 and under)

Ticketing Policy

Tickets may be reserved in advance.  Tickets must be picked up and paid for by 7:15 p.m. the evening of the performance.  Tickets purchased over the phone or through the website may be paid with a credit card ($2 processing fee added).  Tickets purchased and picked up at the box office may be paid with cash, check or credit card.  Gift certificates must be presented upon ticket purchase.  

Reserved tickets not claimed by 7:15 p.m. are subject to resale.

Tickets are non-refundable but may be exchanged as available by the Box Office staff.

Ticket exchanges must be made during regular box office hours:  Wed. – Sun., 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. or during intermission of each evening’s performance.  After 6:30 p.m., the box office is open only for ticket pick-up for that evening’s show.

Children under the age of three are not permitted in the theater. All children attending a performance must have their own ticket.

Rabbit Run Theater maintains a “no babes in arms and/or carriers” policy for all productions.

Please make handicap and special needs seating known when reserving tickets.

On-Line Ticket Sales

Full-price, single tickets may be purchased online through Rabbit Run Community Arts Association’s website, www.rabbitrun.org.  Online ticket purchases must be transacted by noon on the day of the performance.  All season, discounted and group ticket purchases must be transacted directly through the RRCAA main office.

Group Tickets

Reduced group rate tickets are available.  Please call RRCAA at 440-428-5913 for group options including dinner/theater packages with area wineries and restaurants as well as uniquely designed corporate events.

Handicap Accessibility

Handicap accessible seating is available at Rabbit Run Theater.  Please mention handicap and special needs seating when reserving tickets at the box office.  Handicap accessible seating is available only through the box office and not through online ticket purchases.

Late Seating

Patrons who arrive after curtain time will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.  Seating may vary by production.  As a courtesy to the performers and other patrons we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to performance.  Patrons who arrive late will be directed to wait until an appropriate break in the performance and may then be seated in a designated area.  At intermission patrons will be able to obtain their ticketed seat.

Firearms & Weapons

Firearms and weapons are strictly forbidden on the grounds at Rabbit Run Theater.

Smoking

There is no smoking inside the buildings of Rabbit Run Theater.  Smoking is permitted at the far end of the paved courtyard only.  We request that all cigarettes be extinguished and discarded in the provided containers.

Emergencies

Emergencies should be addressed to the House Manager.  In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and wait for instructions from theater staff.  All exits are clearly marked as required by law. 

As a courtesy to other patrons, please remember to turn off pagers and cell phones prior to the performance.

The use of cameras and other recording devices is strictly prohibited.
