Programs at RRCAA are available to everyone regardless of sex, age, race, ethnicity and national origin, range of abilities, sexual orientation, gender identity, financial means, education, creed and political perspective.

Class Confirmation/Cancellation
RRCAA reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment.  If a class is cancelled for this reason, students will be notified by phone at least 24 hours prior to the first day of class, and a full refund for the class fee will be issued.

Refunds
Refunds for class fees are given only when a student withdraws prior to the first day of class.  No credits or refunds are guaranteed after that time.  Processing fees are non-refundable.  Refunds will not be given to any student who is asked to withdraw from class due to disruptive behavior.

Absences and Lesson Make-ups
All private music students are required to notify the RRCAA office (440-428-5913) of a lesson cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled private lesson (whether live or virtual).  If notification of cancellation is not given 24 hours prior to the lesson, the student will be charged the regular weekly fee for that lesson.  Exceptions will be made for illness and emergencies.  Students should call the RRCAA office to check the possibility of rescheduling a private lesson.

A student absence from a group class will not be made up.  Instructor absences and closings due to inclement weather will be made up by adding a class to the end of a class session or at the discretion of the instructor.

Participation Waiver
By registering yourself and/or your child for a class, workshop or private music lessons at RRCAA, you hereby waive and release all rights and claims for damages you or your child may have against RRCAA and its employees.  RRCAA will not be responsible for injuries suffered by yourself or your children during classes, workshops or activities sponsored by RRCAA.  In addition, you also give RRCAA and its employees the right to use your or your child’s photograph and/or name for publicity purposes including advertising, public presentation and social media.

RRCAA closure due to inclement weather will be announced on this website’s home page, on our answering machine, as well as on local television stations FOX 8 News and WEWS.
