Job Overview
This opening is a part-time, seasonal position (15 – 20 hours weekly) offering front desk support at our fine arts building and box office support at Rabbit Run Theater. Hours are primarily in late afternoon and evening.
Detailed Job Description
Customer Experience & Communication
· Create a Welcoming Environment – Act as the first point of contact for patrons ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere.
· Effective Communication – Clear verbal interaction with patrons, volunteers and staff to answer inquiries, resolve seating issues and other solutions.
· Box Office Maintenance – Maintain a clean, organized and clutter-free workspace to ensure efficiency and a professional appearance.
Technical and Administrative Operations
· Ticketing System – Operate specialized computer ticketing software to process sales and exchanges
· Technical Troubleshooting – utilize entry-level knowledge of basic computer operations and point of sale (POS) hardware to resolve technical hitches.
Financial Accountability
· Transaction Management – Use strong mathematical skills to handle transactions quickly and accurately.
· Cash Handling and Reconciliation – Maintain consistent accuracy with cash drawers and take responsibility for balancing the drawer at the end of every shift.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED. Applicant should possess basic computer literacy skills, an excellent eye for detail and excellent customer service skills including strong communication skills.

Rabbit Run Theater, located in Madison, OH, is one of the few original barn theaters still in operation and operates under the auspices of Rabbit Run Community Arts Association, a non-profit organization offering year-round instruction in all the major disciplines of the fine and performing arts.

Private Music Instructors – beginning April 15, 2026
RRCAA has private music instructor openings available for the following musical instruments:
Piano
Voice
Violin (stringed instruments)
Candidates should have experience teaching students with varying levels of experience ranging in age from youth through adult.
Potential instructors should possess considerable training and experience with their respective discipline as well as two years of teaching experience. Instructors are expected to provide students with high quality and sound technical training, and maintain clear and consistent communication with parents and with the RRCAA staff.
Instructors must pass local, state, and federal background check at their own expense.
Most private music lessons are 30 minutes in length.
