Save the date – Wednesday, November 5, 2025

Rabbit Run Community Arts Association’s Annual Member Meeting is Tuesday, Nov. 5, and is open to all members of RRCAA (if you are a donor, then you are a member).

The meeting will be at the Hampton Inn, 171 Water Tower Dr., Madison, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

For those who are unable to attend in person a Zoom meeting will be set up.  Check back here on the day of the meeting for the Zoom link.

The Annual Meeting is a great opportunity to look back on the events of the past year and to hear about the goals and projects for the coming year.

The executive committee of the RRCAA Board of Directors is accepting nominations from the membership for board of director positions that may be voted in at the 2025 Annual Membership Meeting. 

Nominations must be submitted in writing to the attention of the executive director, Brint Learned, and will close seven days before the annual meeting.

A proposed slate of board of directors and bylaw revisions (if applicable) will be posted at a later date on the Rabbit Run website at www.rabbitrun.org.
